Can't start Game Launcher since Blue Screen

Hello folks,
some weeks ago my PC got a blue screen. Ever since I was not able to start the game launcher. I tried un- and reinstalling many, many times, I deleted the cache, I deleted every paradox folder I could find, nothing worked. I did have the issue that ScreenW and ScreenH were on 0, but fixing it to the right amount didn't change anything either.
It's a shame, because I just got back into Prison Architect and enjoyed it. But I won't play it in a window so small as it is in the Safe Mode...

Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this?

I think I found the relevant debug in the "launcher-bootstrapper.log":

I looked after and it is right, there is no Paradox Launcher.exe
So how do I get it???

After understanding what bootstrapper etc meant, I finally did understand what to click when starting the game the first time after the installation... Thread can be deleated
