can't start grand wedding while regent

Description​

While a regent, and engaged with a grand wedding, the "Start grand wedding" button displays "already at an activity"

Steps to reproduce​

As any ruler, become regent
arrange a grand wedding with yourself as a betrothed
you then cannot start a wedding, as it will perpetually have you as already at an activity
if you cease being regent, the issue seems to disappear
