If you hover over a planet icon to see its class the planet icon moves left and you can't see the planet tooltip if an anomaly is present. The anomaly icon moves the planet. If you try to move the cursor left over the planet the anomaly icon is hidden and the planet moves right again. Its running from the cursor.
