can't win the battle with the septimus sulla's army

hi
i have a problem in chapter 3 with "the tomb of the emperor"quest

i can't win the fight . i bought the best unit, got archers , gargoyles , lot of magic heroes .

can't destroy "protector of the wall " units. they healing faster than i do damage to them. its some kind of bug??
help?

from my experience rhe anwser is in magic: step by step
1) capture "lighting" VL in the west part of the map
2) morgan kills enemy flying units
3) unleashe all (Morgana+VL) on Sulla's unit
4)Sulla is dead, and your army can enter the fort
5) buisness as usual
6) profit

i did like you say ,before i posted thid thread.

killed all enemies , only left two "protector of the wall " ,and they destroyed my whole army. i captured all VL's, casted all morgana's and others spells, sent whole army and i can't destroy them
they regenerating HP faster than my whole army do damage.

All Heavy infantry that you have +2 other (not moragana) leader's units (warlord+combat-oriented (forgot a name) hero) should do: warlord casting his buffs (for extra-damage) and a third hero does the bashing with a cleaves/blasts and so on. Plus take them one by one it the gate. Also, keep Morgana out of combat and casting. It worked for me...
