Capital of empire instead of capital of the kingdom name displayed when traveling

Description​

When traveling through the point of interest of the capital of a kingdom which is a part of other empire, the message says that you have visited the capital of that empire instead of those kingdom. See example attached, where I was traveling thoruh Zaporizhia which was a vasal of the empire of Khazaria.

Steps to reproduce​

Visit any capital of any kingdom which is a vassal of other empire.

I can confirm this is still an issue 1.21.1 it relates to every vassal kingdom inside an empire
