Captured equipment

Germany (most heavy user) and some other counties often use captured equipment against former owners. Why not create addition to forces list? Also Sometime new owner will sell/gave captured eqipment to ally so any possible create program that allow country to give/take capture/old equipment to other county in open negotiation. Should I post in wishlist or create both new threat and add into wishlist?

You can do this through events.

An example would be, after occupying France, Germany gets a few TD brigades (representing caputred equipment changed into TDs), to make this even more detailed, give Germany the option to use these brigades themselves, or to transfer them to a specific ally.

This can be done through events, not something requiring game or code change.
