Caravan Master task "stock up for travels" not working

Description​

I have been paying for the caravan master task "stock up for travels" for a while and now have it at +20. When I go to start a travel, the +20 modifier is missing from the speed and travel modifier totals. I have tried it with the task enabled and disabled.

Steps to reproduce​

Use caravan master task "stock up for travels". Try to use modifier for travels.
