Since the new patch, I have been having issues where my cargo train terminals no longer works and kinda breaks: trucks get stuck at the entrance without disappearing. Has anyone had this problem?

I have alot of mods, so I would like to check if anyone else has this problem? Before I post a bug report :)

It's quite likely to be Mod related as a new update usually throws a spanner in the works for them.

This 1.7 update should just be rolled back...rescinded. Re-release it when it's fixed and Paradox has time take 5 minutes to bug test. I would roll it back myself but it's not an option with Epic. There is not a single new thing added in 1.7 that is of use to me if the game is not playable. I assume thats true for everyone who relies on freight systems, which is probably most everyone. The only response I've managed to find from someone at Paradox was asking for unmodded saves that illustrate the issue to be shared. I suppose that's so they can pretend that this is a Niche problem only affecting a few individuals, probably modders who broke their game.

Edit: (No. "I'm" not saying modders broke the game.)

This was happening to my bank trucks at cargo service point ever since financial dlc release. The fishing trucks getting stuck was fixed a couple of patches ago. I’m not sure if I want to play it this weekend with this major bug.

We have confirmed this bug and are working on a fix. I don't have a date for when we'll be able to patch the game yet, but we're working to get it to you as soon as possible.

For the time being, I recommend using this workaround. Replace the road in front of your affected cargo station with a road leading directly up to the front of the building where the blue arrow is. This can be done without any mods and gets things flowing again. Occasionally I had a truck that took a little longer to despawn, but none got stuck in an infinite loop. So this should get things rolling until we can patch this bug.

If you don't have your cargo stations set up with a road like this anyway, you're playing it wrong

What about people playing with left hand traffic, won't this cause more issues because the traffic will need to cross over each other?

No, terminal entrance is left and terminal exit is right when using left traffic, looking at the asset from the front
Excellent.

Well I have applied this workaround to my city and it seems to have fixed the issue for one of my cargo train terminals but the other one still gets vehicles in an endless loop and has one truck constantly stuck at the front partially blocking the road (even if I remove the building the vehicle is owned it just gets replaced by another stuck truck instantly) but traffic is flowing in and out now.

Thank you for the workaround and for all ur efforts, it’s greatly appreciated!

If u could, please let us know when there is an ETA for this fix/hope it comes out quickly? I really wanted to buy the DLC but when your whole city u have been building since Skylines launched breaks there is v little motivation to do so :(

Excellent.

Another fun thing to try might be having two cargo stations and have one with an inbound one way road only, and the other with an outbound one way road only

The interesting thing is that all but one of my cargo train terminals suffers from the issue. They are all built on the same type of road in the same way, but one of them still works flawlessly.

Now I won’t buy the new DLCs and play CS until this is patched. I was so looking forward to the new content. Guess have to play something else for now.

Because there's a right way & wrong way to play a single player video game, I guess.
More seriously, it's probably fits the Optimization Style that person uses; proably something about preventing weaving & crossing.
