(I know there's rules against self-promoting, but others were posting their mods so, I'm gonna take the risk. Apologies in advance if so!)
Some may know, but when Vicky first launched I rushed to make a mod to reintroduce the carlist war, with some journal entry flavor. It worked in early 1.2, but very quickly was broken. With the summer off from university I've gotten around to fixing it.
I've learned that since making my mod, it's been done in other larger, flavor packs. But I still think there exists some purpose for this mod on it's own. Maybe not.
