Steps to reproduce​

1. Have a homosexual or bisexual Archbishop as vassal.
2. Go on a travel.
3. Trigger the "Travel: A Foreign Treat" event involving that Archbishop.
4. See that he has a chance to select a same-sex love interest and openly ask for permission to pursue it.

Well it is only shunned for men, in catholic faiths, so possible.

It would only not make sense, if it would be a criminal secret.

For regular people probably true, but for a major clergyman (in this case an Archbishop) openly declaring homosexual intentions seems like something that would never happen in medieval times.
