Catholics and Westeros

I have an idea for an AAR I could do, an idea which would work best if I could create a Catholic character to play as. How would I need to mod the mod to allow me to do something like this?

You would need to re-add Catholics, either as a member of a Religion Group or its own religion. You would have to add Holy Sites, papal titles, etc. Most of this can be cleanly copy-pasted over. There -might- be issues that arise.
