CEFProcess.exe has stopped working

I try to run this from my start menu and i get this. I run it through steam and it shows me playing ck2 and then takes me off. Stops loading altogether and nothing happens. Verified integrity of files and still no change. What gives?

GTX 750
amd phenom ll x4
windows 7
8gb ram
