Road Builder, Anarchy, Map Texture Replacer, recolor among several mods that do not appear in Cities Skyline 2 although they have been enabled. Deleted the cache and reloaded all mods, but still the problem exists. Any ideas? All the comments I see are from summer 2024 on Reddit, so am I the only one having this issue after the most recent patch?

NO. Inn fact I made a separate playlist titled TEST which included only the three mods I mentioned and none of them loaded.
What does it mean when I get the "image" of what looks like 2 overlapping hills and a circle in the uppermost left side of the image instead of the icon for the mod?
