Change the flag of a country in a given year

Hello, I wonder if I can make when given year, or conquer for example Leon (Castilla playing), the flag change to the Crown of Castile, for example.

That's impossible but you can create the Kingdom of Leon and Castille and give such title to the king of Castille when he conquers Leon by the event.
