How would I go about and change out the Pentosi for those of the High Valyrians ?

My speculative guess would be to go to the characters file under history and change the portraits, but I think that only works for individuals and not all Pentoshi

If you reproduce with another Valyrian person the children will also be Valyrian looking. You only have to do it twice.

Well, I want certain culture groups of people to look Valyrian, not just my char.
