I realise that this is a multiplayer issue but nobody over there has a clue, so rather then move this thread can we leave it here to be answered.

I cannot change the speed while in game as the host. In the options menu the speeds are greyed out and unselectable even when I am paused. Also the shortcut keys for this dont work ie CTRL +/-

please help.
