After a successful 7 player LAN game on Saturday I was wondering if it was possible to alter the major powers during the middle of a game? We started a GC and two minor powers, Holland and Sweden have emerged as potential candidates for an eighth player selection.

Has anyone attempted this before and is it possible?
 
Thanks for replying, what exactly did you try?

Surely it can just be altered like any other scenario file?

It would be very useful for the game and play balance.
