Changing name

In WATKABOI and FTG, there is a name already in the system that shows up as the player when you save the game. How do I get my own name in here? You can't change it in the save files, they won't load.

In Main menu select "Multiplayer" and in a box write your name. Then press "Back" button and start single player game. The new game should be then with that name as a player. Is it what you wanted?

That seemed to work. I swear I tried it once before and it didn't, but, oh, well.

Maybe you tried it but you then loaded some older saved game. Saved games stores the name (and settings of messages) and when you load them, they replace your actual settings by that from save.

A rather bizarre story, I say bizarre cause a similar thing happened to me once...long ago.

Must add that Im now overtaken with a sudden urge to surf the net and buy shoes....hmmm, where to look?
