Like the title says, where do I find the values that increase or decrease the time length needed to reduce overall partisans of occupied territories?
For better clarification, you know how you take over lets say Paris as the Germans, the province will have like a minimum 30% or so partisan effect on the province. After each month that minimum partisan amount (which is 30%) decreases by a point or two till it eventually stops at a 2% partisan value which it never goes under.
I cant seem to find it in the misc.txt , I hope its not hard-coded, I would really like to be able to change it since I find it a joke that after 1-2 years the partisan effect completely disappears from occupied territories.
