Changing rules

Every time I start a game in sandbox mode of crusader Kings three and when I change the game rules from default to very easy and when I change the other game rules when I start the game it changes back to default

Do you load the presets for the rules? If so, it's an easy problem to fix. You can load the presets, but you have to change one thing in order for it to save. You can do this by just switching it from very easy, to easy, and then back to very easy. That is what works for me at least.

Is still not fixed.
What's the point of "Save preset" if it doesn't work properly? Why is always set on default? Why we can't save this rules in game options only one time and forever?
I try to play with Haestein of Montaigu (a lot of different playruns), and need "Sappers" perk for him, and manytimes he generated with 2nd or 3th military tree, and i need to restart, manytimes. Is tiring and boring to load preset and change one option to "active" all set, over and over.
