The colour of Socialist Turkey is way too close to the Soviet colour! Could this be changed in a patch?

Yes, country colors can be easily changed. The problem is that there are many countries that can share borders after a war (aggressive neighbors, major powers) or new country creation/coup so such cases should be taken into account too.
Feel free to suggest a new color that doesn't conflict with the above rules and we can change it.
