Which ones do you mean? Models or Tech Teams? Models require a 96x56 pixel BMP image for brigades, and 192x104 pixels for divisions. Tech teams 96x96. Models go into the gfx\interface\models directory (or mod-CORE2\gfx\interface\models dir, but an image with the same name is required in the gfx\interface\models directory to load the one from the moddir). In any case the 0.3 graphics pack(s) only cover USA, GER and SOV. The upcoming 0.40 will have a near-perfect coverage for ITA, FRA, ENG, JAP, CAN, HUN and ROM as well, and perhaps some others depending on the progress we make with the Alpha and Beta testing. So it's being worked on.
