Description​

Changing the succession law to primogeniture is not possible under a Clan government due to a UI issue. It's not possible to scroll the screen to click the appropriate button. The powerful vassals are duplicate.

Steps to reproduce​

Having a Clan government, having the technology for primogeniture, and trying to change the succession law. Even without the law, the screen bug is easily visible with any Clan government

With my humble modding skills and a lot of help from the AI, I managed to solve the problem by adding a scrollbar to the powerful vassals section XD. But I believe the core of the problem is the duplicated powerful vassals
