In my current game, a saxon courtier in FLAN (Flanders) inherited (I think he inherited... I notice this bug after the "fact") the county of C055 (Westmorland), in northern England.
He is now count of Westmorland officially (this is his description, under the name), but his "body" is listed in the court of FLAN: btw, in the char screen, his liege is the duke of CUMB (Cumberland).
Said that, in Westmorland there is no county, and the province is colored and linked to the demesne of the duke of FLAN.
I have the save, if needed.
