I am playing a game as Flanders right now, and as I am frankish. I wanted to know if I could marry a wife with a different nationality and change the culture of my children?
It would be really cool if I could.

Yes you can. I believe the ratio is 70% chance the child takes culture from the father, 15% from the mother and 15% from the capital province.

and 70/30 if the parents are both of a "light" culture and the province has a "dark" culture, or vice versa.
