Steps to reproduce When character is about to turn 16, request for them to be ward. They will travel. Hello there!
Thank you for your report. I could not reproduce the issue you described - could you try to describe what steps exactly you have taken to reproduce the issue? As for what I see now, the character you mentioned is blocked as they are traveling to become Hostage, not Ward. Let us know if there is something you remember also happened during her travel!
