Needs Info Character stuck petitioning liege but won't leave home

Character stuck petitioning liege but won't leave home

Description​

I'm unable to join any new events, because the game thinks that the character is on travel petitioning his liege. Clicking on the character shows the line pointed towards the liege's castle, but not the travel path or screen, and the character is at his own capitol. However, the royal court shows him absent, and I can't start any other events because he is supposedly petitioning his liege.

Steps to reproduce​

* Playing Ironman starting as Matilda of Tuscany
* First generation child ascends to throne, immediately has a powerful liberty faction
* Take the "petition liege" option to dismantle a faction, and start to travel
* While traveling, the war starts
* Shortly thereafter (still on travel), my liege (Holy Roman Emperor) dies
* I win the war, but all events are disabled

Hello there! Thank you for the report. It unfortunately I'm unable to reproduce the issue, Could you provide more information and if possible a way to reproduce the issue? If you happen to have a save before the bug occured that would alos help immensely!

Yup. I have the same bug.
If I select my character it shows a direct line graphic to the liege's capital, but I can't do any new activities or anything with them.
Not the same circumstances to reproduce the issue though as the OP's.
