umm, maybe a stupid question but how do you chat in mp?, its really annoying when you cant talk to your ally..

Shift-F12 opens the chatbox, but that's an open channel, not only your allies will be able to read the message you deliver.

When chat panel is open, there is all human played countries with check ring. If ring is checked, then that country receive your message. Default is all countries checked.

Also you can hit the " Tab " button.
