A while ago, I can remember some guy had made a HOI2 "Cheat event": Basically a console-fired event that worked once for every nation, and gave something like 50 offmap ic, increased raw materials production and the likes. Is that event still around? Because I'd like to use it now to beef up the Axis in my America game :)
