Cheated achievements

Good afternoon / evening. About 1-2 years ago, I found a program with which you could give yourself achievements. When the new DLS was announced, I got interested in the game. I tried to delete all achievements with the same program, but after entering the game they returned and I very much ask you to reset all my achievements. My nickname in Steam "СИЛА ПЕЛЬМЕНЕЙ"

You could try deleting the account.dat in your game profile folder (as well as deleting achievements with that program).

Unfortunately, this did not work, as I said through the program, the achievements are returned after starting the game. I also tried to delete them through your cheat menu, but that didn't work either

Oh I figured you meant that steam program to change achievements.

The achievements are stored somewhere mods can't access, so you can add them, but not remove them.
