Checksum problems

I'm running ck2 2.7.1. I deleted all the old game of thrones files from the paradox/crusader kings 2/mod folder in my documents before running the executable. The only mods I have checked are A Game of Thrones and AGOT Century of Blood. I get the checksum warning every time I start a new game. What gives?

Also when i right click on the shield of a title, any title, there is a decision called, for example, c_volanea or b_blackwall that when selected just straight up gives me that title.

As has been said already in different threads, some testing decisions were accidentally left in the mod. You can safely ignore them and it will be fine and you can just turn of the checksum warning game rule.
If you want to get the original checksum then just go into the decisions folder and remove the zz_test file
