Childhood Event "The Builder: A View to Remember" has Artifacts with switched Modifiers

Description​

One of the childhood event from W&W gives out a choice of three artifacts, each giving a point in the stat and a cost reduction for the relevant holding type.
Only the cost reduction for castles and temples are switched, the former being on the learning artifact, the latter being on the martial one.

Steps to reproduce​

Trigger the event chain with the sandcastle, follow normally until the event "The Builder: A View to Remember" triggers, check the martial and learning options.
The temple and castle construction time modifiers will be switched.
