Choose Executives on Company Formation

It would be nice to have the chance to select from a set of executives when you form a generic company, which in the time period is really granting a particular person/investors special economic privileges. For flavored companies without a historical executive attached, I think this would make sense too.

They've already got the UI for it from appointing commanders too.

Maybe not have it in case of Free Trade/Laissez-faire, but it would make a lot of sense in more Command Economy/Interventionist laws.
