CiM crashing upon save

Hi there,

I played this game a lot - last year I think - but I got bored (too laggy and slow compared to Traffic Giant). Well, now I wanted to play again. After several bugs and crashes, I reinstalled, and it seemed to help. But it didn't, because when I saved after ~30 minutes of play it just crashed, telling me this:

Why does it do that?

Why do you still have version 1.0.17?
Where did you bought the game? I guess not Steam otherwise it would be updated automatically. You should get in contact with the provider and get the latest patches. Information and download from some providers here: http://citiesinmotion.wikispaces.com/Patch

A quick search on the site where I bought the game revealed nothing. I installed patch 1.0.17 from http://www.citiesinmotion.eu/, but that was all they had; I thought that was all.

What do I do now, when they don't have an update?

Should I download the patch from http://citiesinmotion.wikispaces.com/Patch ? If yes, should I download 1.0.21 or 1.0.22?

Download only the latest (1.0.22). It will include all corrections from previous patches.

I just had another crash; what should I do? The log_metro.txt is the same except for the last line:
"Runtime error in "metro/ui/objectlist/renderer.script" at line 100: Internal error!"

Thanks for your help, I'll be going back to Traffic Giant, at least that one works!

EDIT: Got it working for three hours straight with no crash. But I still save ever five minutes
