CIM has become unplayable.

Hello,

I have City In Motions, via Steam, on my Macbook Pro. At the moment my problem is that the game always hangs while loading a city, requiring a cold restart of the computer! So as it is now I can no longer play.
System:
MacOSX 10.8.2
Steam is up to date.
CIM should be up to date (is done automatically by steam).
I did a reinstall. This did not fixe the problem.

What should I do?

What are your computer specs? Can you post here your log_metro.txt file?

Computer specs:
Macbook Pro with 2.8 Ghz Intel Core 2 Duo, 4 GM ram. Video Nvidia 9600 GT 512MB. CIM used to play just fine on my machine.
Where do I find this log_metro.txt file?

These are suggestions for Windows Systems. I am playing CIM on a Mac, using Steam. Where is the preferences file there?

Thank you.
I removed this directory completely to force a reinitialization of the game. And it now works again. Now all I need to do is solve London's transport problems ...
