Have not played in ages. Wanted to get back into it before considering newer version. Cities no longer starts. I click "Play" in Steam and game makes an effort. No message pops up. Nothing. Button reverts back to "Play" after 10 seconds. Nothing. I uninstalled Cities - and also Paradox Launcher (though Cities was purchased through Steam). Installed both fresh. Verified Cities files on Steam. All good. Same issue. Please help.
