In Vienna map I use Vagabond Satellite. The tram many times stuck front of a curve as you can see on the picture. It happens on many lines on my map. It's very annoying.

Olny this tram gets stuck, and only when it has to stop on a 45 degree angled road and the tram is curved...
I think the tram can't do a "curved-start" 'cos if its model.

Happened to me many times. It seems the game still thinks there is a car there, but it's long gone. Usually, saving the game, quitting, and then loading it again worked for me.
This worked for me: I remove the stuck tram from the line, and when the traffic has started I reassign it.
Just close and immediately re-open the line. All your trams will spread out again. And yeah, that satellite has a nasty habit of doing that. Just like the good ol' comet XL couldn't handle U-turns.

No; that's gridlock.
And how to prevent it ?
Less trams, for a start!
Multiple lines really shouldn't all converge onto the one loop, or be condensed to a couple of stops, otherwise that kind of thing will happen.
Oh good, it's a problem with the Vagabond only! (right?) I was worried the game had a major bug after these things caused numerous traffic jams all over Berlin. Sadly, it looks like this will never be fixed.
