Description​

The game was playing perfectly fine albeit extremely slow and I was told by the forum that even though I have the right specs for this game it is outdated and the game will run slow especially with mods and add on's. I have now purchased a new computer with additional RAM as that seems to be the major requirement, hoping to have a better experience and now I cant even open the game.

You can bypass the launcher by following these instructions:

Download the attached cities.bat.zip file
Extract from it cities.bat
Place the .bat file in your game's Steam folder (In the same place as your cities.exe)
Right click the game in your Steam library
Go to properties
Select Launch Options
Copy and Paste cities.bat %command% into the input box
X out of that screen
Run the game
