As Cities Skyline II is available for pre-order across all platforms, there seems to be limitations to pre-order in the Playstation - Asia region (the store does not show game availability for pre order) and are only available in Europe and US region.
May I know when will it be available for Asia to pre-order the game on the playstation store? I am currently reside in Malaysia.
