I was trying to connect a rail line between my cargo port, cargo airport, and train station and it wouldn’t let me connect the lines to the cargo port and the cargo airport. Has anyone else noticed this issue?

You can't create lines that stop at cargo stops. Cargo trains will automatically spawn and send goods to where they are needed.
