i bought the 70 dollar game unaware that it was only avalible on windows, i tried frantically on my windows work computer but it could not handle it, please do somthing so i can play my beloved game

If you bought it less than 2 weeks ago, and bought it on Steam, you can get a refund. There will be no MacOS version. And quite frankly, they are having their hands full with the Windows version and the promised console release that also has not happened (and is questionable if it ever will)...... that they really do not have time to even think about a MacOS version. There is software called CrossOver that MIGHT be able to run it on Mac, but I do not know what kind of performance hit you will take using what is essentially an emulator.
So, you have these options:
1) Get a refund. Use the $70 on a game that DOES work on MacOS.
2) Get CrossOver. I believe there is a trial version you can download to see if it works.
3) Install BootCamp on your Mac, and reserve ~150 GB of your hard drive for a Windows install (and space for the game install).
4) Buy a better Windows computer.
Either way: Don't wait and hope. Get the refund if options 2, 3, and 4 are off the table...... and then pray they might think about a Mac version after the struggles they have with the game are resolved.

Actually there's another option, which is to use a hosting service such as Nvidia GeForce Now, so the game runs on their server not your Mac.
I heard that Skylines 2 does not work well with Crossover. It worked for a while but CS2 got an update and that is not compatible with Crossover.
Perhaps this issue has been resolved, but I've never heard that.
I found Geforce Now excellent, until it started to reload mods on each game launch.
