All Plazas and Promenades content removed from remastered version

What expansions do you have installed?
Mass Transit, Green Cities, Parklife, Industries, Airports
What mods are you using?
None
Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
All of the content from the Plazas and Promenades update is missing from the remastered version, and has been since Remastered came out. I have no idea how this issue is even a thing, given that it’s just a huge chunk of the game that’s not even there.
In addition to that, the new parking lots are nowhere to be found—an issue that has been occurring since March according to my research. Shameful performance.
I understand that things like this take time, but why release a half baked remaster AND more content before even putting an update from the previous version in. Especially one so prominent as to feature several of the game’s best roads.
I’d’ve already complained by now, but I had to jump through 5 or 6 hoops just to even get to the forum page.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
