Cities Skylines Crashes on Start

Hello,
I just purchased Cities Skylines and installed it through Steam. Install went well, but I am not able to start the game. It crashes right away with no splash screen.

So I figured it out. I had audio going over the HDMI on my Radeon R280. Switched it over to the S/PDIF (optical) sound output and the came will now start.
