What expansions do you have installed?

What mods are you using?
1- 25 Spaces Unlockable by Klyte45
2- Bulldoze It!
3- Harmony 2.2-0
Move It 2.9.8
TME 11.7.3.1 STABLE

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
When I enter the game the cursor disappears, it's not because of the computer because if I move the cursor down (taskbar) it comes back. This had already happened to me before but it fixed itself, but now when I update it it's gone again.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

You have Steam in the title here but is this actually the Epic edition? We've seen some reports of this there, it appears to relate to their client.

If it is Steam though, In your Steam Library right-click on this game and choose Properties. In the Launch Options line, paste this in there:

-noWorkshop -disableMods

Does it still happen?

Not really, we've been unable to duplicate it. I don't see it in my copy on Epic for instance.

Ya se ha arreglado lo del cursor pero ahora me sale otro problema. (The cursor thing has been fixed but now I get another problem.)
En el panel de mods me sale todo en negro (In the mods panel everything appears black)
y no puedo activar ni desactivar ningun mod (and I can not activate or deactivate any mod)

No real idea on that one. Maybe unsubscribe from all mods, do a clean reinstall, and subscribe to them again?

I have mods but i'm not subscribed to any mod.

Oh, so you placed the mod files manually in the game's folders, is that right?

If so I don't know how that works in the Epic edition. You may need to ask in the modding forum here.

You will need to move the mods out of the Mods folder to be certain they aren't affecting the game.

Thanks, now it works but I have another problem. The Traffic Manager President Edition gives errors, if I activate it, the cities skylines does not load, the loading screen stays all black.

Try unsubscribing the mod, wait for Steam to remove the files, then subscribe to the mod again and restart the game. If that doesn't work, I recommend you reach out to the mod author for help.
