Hi, I have noticed that none of the train stations are receiving trains (unless routes created by me) and pops entering the station become confused and eventually disappear.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Xbox one x/PS4
I would connect your Station to your electrical grid and see if turning your Station on helps. Your poor citizen is confused, as he wants to take the train but can not(a path finding issue). If that does not help repost with more information.

Plopped buildings of almost every kind will not work at all once the electricity icon goes red above it. Ped probably had a route set to the train to whatever destination, but the path has been cut due to the train station not working due to no power. Give it some electricity

Is this new? I have never noticed this before in 5-years! Given the issues with the new harbour (bus/mono version), I thought I would ask.

I believe it has been a part of the game for a while. It seems to me that when I was playing through Natural Disaster scenarios, the disaster(often a thunder/lightning storm) would cut off the electric and a asset would stop functioning. The citizens were on their way to somewhere and became cut off from their destination(path). The game has them stop as confused as it recalculated their path. If it cannot find one they despawn.
I have read that the new harbors are having issues (harbor/monorail not working can be seen in youtuber overcharged egg downtown build ). I have not used them yet because of this.
