What is your game version?

What expansions do you have installed?
After Dark,
Snowfall,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
This issue happens randomly where the game would wait and the Error Code CE-34878-0 would appear on my PS4.
I would then have to relaunch the game where it would continue from where my last save game was.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Hi, I'm having the same problem. Game has been crashing every 4-6 hours of gameplay since the 5.0.0 update, with the same error code. Tried deleting and reinstalling the game to no avail.

This happened once in what appeared to be the middle of an autosave. Since then, every saved game I've loaded has generated a "This data is corrupted" message, including on saves made weeks ago. This error message is generated three times during the first load, and the first time each particular action group (Inspector, Roads, Zoning, Education, etc.) is selected. It also appears when a milestone is reached. Otherwise, the game loads, plays, and saves normally, but my city's population is still in the sub-40,000 range.

Any word on this, Support? I'm afraid to make any time investments into my cities or load the DLCs for fear of rendering all my play so far unusable...

If that doesn't help, Please try this:

- uninstall the game from the PS4

- clear the PS4 cache and game files (save game data)

- rebuild its cache:

- install the game again

I have the same problem since the 5.00 update! Playing on PS4 Pro. Tried reinstall the game, rebuild database etc.
