"Frenetic Player" trophy bugged

What is your game version?
Version 5.02 (PS4)

What expansions do you have installed?

All of the above

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I fulfilled the requirements for the trophy "Frenetic Player" several times and yet I can't obtain it. Other people stated that it doesn't work for them either.

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
I just try to achieve the trophy.

Good morning!
I actually had an update from the developers last night ! They were able to reproduce the problem and also identify the cause. It is slated to be fixed in an upcoming patch though I'm unsure of when it will be released but probably within a few weeks.

I hate to resurrect an old thread, but I joined these forums for this reason. This trophy seems to still be bugged on the PS4. Everybody earning it recently seems to be using the disk version without any updates installed. Unfortunately, I have the digital version so I don't think there is any way to revert to the original version of the game.

Are there any plans in place to fix this trophy? Any timelines for doing so?

Me too. They evidently kow about the problem. Wonder if they are ever going to patch it. I think they are done with this product. Another unobtainable plat thanks to devs not caring about trophies.

I mean, worst case scenario I can always rent a disc copy just to get the last bronze trophy, but it is totally bullshit if I had to rent a game I already purchased just for a single bronze. The last DLC dropped like 5 months ago on PS4, so I'd be surprised if they completely stopped paying attention to the community for the game already.

The patch hasn't actually been released yet hence it hasn't been fixed . Don't worry, it's coming, I just can't tell you exactly when as I don't know.
