PS4 HDD Corrupt after Unv Update

After Dark,
Snowfall,
Natural Disasters,
Mass Transit,
Green Cities,
Parklife,
Industries, All of the above

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
After the University Update, Icons began to disappear and will take a while to load. Graphics were choppy and game would freeze. The freezing issue sometimes would resolve itself, other times it would not. When it would not, I would have to hard reboot my PS4 by holding down the power button, unplug it, wait then restart it. After a few times of doing that as you can imagine, my PS4 HD began to have issues causing me to format and reinstall the system. I went to reinstall the game and it froze on start up once the application launched. My system is now dead and had to be sent to Sony repair to be fixed.
Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.
Update PS4 Pro to 7.0 and isntall Cities Skylines with all DLCs. Looks like other users are having this issue but not to the extreme I had, yet.
