Lost ability to buy 25 city limits tiles

What is your game version?
Ps5

What expansions do you have installed?
Snowfall, Green Cities, Airports

What mods are you using?
Shopping malls, skyscrapers, Japan, pearls of the east, bridges piers, content creator, synthetic dawn radio, art deco and high tech

Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible.
I purchased shopping malls and skyscrapers from ps store. They did not appear in my game. It stated it needs to be in offline play. I enabled that. They appeared. But other functions disappeared like the ability to purchase 25 land tiles and the map creator function. I toggled between the offline and online and those functions are gone. I would like to play this game with all abilities available and enjoy the 2 dlc I purchased from the ps store

Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it.

Those CCPs are not available for the remastered version yet, so if you play them you'll play in the standard version, which does not have 25 tiles

That's a screenshot of the PS4 version. The PS5 version is called "Cities Skyines Remastered" on the home screen tile. You won't be able to use the DLC you bought on the PS5 version yet
