Cities: Skylines (PS5) - Texture "Tearing" (I'm not sure if this is the right term)

Describe your issue Texture "Tearing" (I'm not sure if this is the right term) What is your game version? 1.15.0-f7 Specifically (since this is not listed on the main menu screen), on the Options > Misc. screen I see the following: R: 1.15.0-f7 V: 12.01.01.00 B: 65008 What expansions do you have installed? All DLC and Content Creator packs (except the "radio" ones...). What mods are you using? Unfortunately none as I am playing on a PS5. Please explain your issue is in as much detail as possible. After the recent update to Plazas and Promenades I have noticed weird texture glitches with roads, see the attached pictures for specific examples, but it seems like portions of a road are connecting to random places far away. This has happened with cities I've been playing before and after the P&P release, cities that I loaded for the first time after the P&P release, as well as new cities created after the P&P release. Can you replicate the issue? If yes, please explain how you did it. This happens constantly and consistently, the picture labeled "Cities_ Skylines_20220923130841" is a city I started this morning and it is happening already (less than an hour in).
